Yes, HSEE is an entrance exam conducted by Indian Institute of Technology, Madras for admission 5 year integrated M.A in English and M.A in Development studies. So yes, you need to appear for HSEE.The application process is ongoing.To be eligible for this

• A candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board or university.
• Candidates belonging to general category, EWS, OBC-NCL must atleast have passed with atleast 60% in qualifying exam and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD must have passed with atleast 55% in qualifying exam.
