Dear Vaishnavi ,

Yes,you have to apply for B. Tech admission in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University to take part in its counselling.

Though admission will be based on JEE Merit.But for Biotechnology, admission will be through IPU CET.

The last date for submission of application for B. Tech is not released yet.
