Nope this is not mandatory for get admission in Mumbai University colleges because all of state colleges have minimum 15%quota for other state students you can take admission in any govt college by state counselling if you given the paper of JEE mains and secured rank upto 5lakh and 12th percentage is good then you can take admission in any govt college by state counselling hope you understand please upvote it
