Yes, Of Course you need to pay fees in IITs.
JEE advance is the examination conducted for admission in IITs and aspirants who clear JEE mains get chance to appear in advance.The fees in various IITs differs but on you will have to pay around 10 lakhs for a complete B.tech course.

Qualifying JEE advanced is just for getting admission in IITs , but clearing JEE advanced doesn't mean that you will not have to pay fees for studying in IITs , so yes you need to pay fee as IITs do charge

For example, fees at IIT for the current academic year is around Rs. 2.2 lakhs per year. The total cost of 1 year study in IITs including mess bills is about Rs. 2.5 lakhs per year excluding hostel and books.
