Hello,

The eligibility criteria to get admission in Jawaharlal Nehru University in M.Sc Chemistry is that

  • A candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree and must have studied Chemistry as one of the subjects in 10+2+3 pattern of education and must have scored minimum 55% marks in the aggregate or in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics taken together or in Chemistry Honours.
  • A candidate must have passed B.Tech or its equivalent in Chemical/Polymer/Petroleum Engineering with 55% aggregate marks from a recognized board.

If you have studied Chemistry subject along with above mentioned subjects and scored the required marks then you are eligible.

Hi Aspirant,

No it is generally not provided by any college since graduate level knowledge is required for studying Msc.So in most colleges the eligibility criteria mentions that the student should have the bachelor's degree with chemistry as on the compulsory subject in 10+2+3 patter of education or in graduate level.

Hope it helps!!
