Hello apsirant,

This particukar scholarship is distributed on the basis of income. So yes, you need a income certificate even under reservation category as it is the most required document. The other documents you require are:

Certificate for proof of Residence.
Income Certificate .
College/School mark sheets/certificates in support of educational qualifications.
Caste Certificate if belonging to special category.
Birth Certificate
