Yes, you need to fill separate application form for Diplomate in National Board PG MBBS and NEET PG.The admission in DNB PG is on the basis of NEET PG.So a candidate must give NEET PG.The application for DNB PG will be available from November, 2019.And NEET PG exam is conducted on 5th January, 2020.
