Yes,mop up round is same as other counselings but this has separate form to fill.

There are 90% chances of getting seat irrespective of cut-offs and lower marks.These are from all India 15% quota.

See that you won't be late for this application,many of the students haven't got seats irrespective of higher grade.Make as soon as possible.
