Depends on which colleges you want to apply for. Certain cokleges in DU also fall under Cenrtral Universities list. They are Lady Hardinge, UCMS and MAMC. 15% of these Seats sre filled through All India Counselling and the rest 5
85% are filled through State Counselling. Only those candidates who have Delhi Domicile can participate in State Counselling. Candidates who completed their 11th and 12th in Delhi are eligible for State Quota. And once you select the college, you also have to register separately for each college.
