Does all India quota for non creamy layer obc will be invalid after getting 10 percent general quota under state?

Dear Sobhabati,

Under no circumstances, one can avail two quotas at the same time. You can apply only under one reserved category. For example, if you've applied under OBC-NCL then you are subjected to OBC seats only, and will not get any benefits of any other quota. Similarly, if you've applied for EWS, then you will not be able to claim for OBC-NCL. 

Also, OBC-NCL is a big reserved category ~27% seats in all the colleges as compared to EWS ~10% reserved seats. It is, therefore, wiser to avail the OBC-NCL then EWS.
