None of the IITs offer undergraduate four years degree in mechatronics, but you can look for some other top colleges for mechatronics engineering in India:

1. Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal

2. College of Engineering, Pune

3. SRM Institute of Science and Technology, kattankulathur

4. Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore

5. Lovely professional University, Phagwara

6. Indian Institute of engineering science and technology, Shibpur
