Hello Sachin,
No, your graduation college will not play any role for getting admission in IIM, if you have scored very well in your graduation from any college or university, it is completely fine.
IIMs consider following factor before giving admission for MBA.

CAT Score
10th, 12th and graduation marks
Performance in GD/PI
Education Background.
Gender Diversity.
