The syllabus for Postgraduate courses in Cotton University is more or less similar to that of Guwahati University. Nothing is vastly different. You will study similar chapters & similar information for a particular subject. So, you need not worry about that. You can study your undergraduate course in Cotton University & go for your postgraduates course in Guwahati University, you won't have any issues or troubles understanding the concepts & lectures of your chosen subject.
