Delhi University doesn't offer BA BEd integrated program, in the department of education it offers Bachelor of Elementary Education(BElEd) and Bachelor of Education(BEd).

Eligibility of the former course is based on 12h qualification, candidates need to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% aggregate, there's relaxation of 5% in case of SC/ST. On the other hand, for BEd candidates needs to have passed graduation/postgraduation in the dicsipline of science/social science/humaities/commerce from a recognized university with 50% aggregate. Those with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics securing 55% aggregate too are eligible to apply,

The main difference between BA-BEd/Bsc-BEd  and BElEd is that in the former case, candidates study amalgamation of arts/science and education while the latter is completely education oriented course at undergraduate level.
