According to the latest news the Medical council of India has given a nod to increase the seats of medical colleges keeping in view the 10% increment in EWS quota. The MCI has approved for admission in additional 4465 Medical seats in 132 medical colleges. There is total 100 seats increment is expected 25 each in four ESI medical colleges of Kolkata, Gulbarga, Chennai, Bengaluru. Hope this helps.
