Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University(University School of Education) offers PhD, MEd,BEd (through affiliated institutions) and Advance Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling offered by NIPCCD are the programs offered in distance mode.

BCom isn't offered in distance mode here, in case you want to pursue it, you can apply for the same in IGNOU at ignou.ac.in , last date is 31st July. Or you can apply for DU SOL  at sol.du.ac.in
