There is no MBBS Course offered in Jamia Millia Islamia, delhi but yes you can get BDS course there. 
The admission to BDS course is based on the NEET Scores itself and candidates need not to fill the application for of JMI rather during the Councelling process  you need to select the BDS course at JMI in your college preferences.
If you wish to pursue MBBS in Delhi, you can go for the followng colleges -

• Maulana Azad Medical College
• Vardhman Mahavir Medical college
• Lady Harding Medical college for women
• University College of medical science
• Jamia Hamdard 
• North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College
• Handard Institute of medical science

• Army College of Medical Science.
