Yes, jadavpur university accepts the jee mains results to get admission in that particular university.But the according to the previous year information only 15 % seats are offered by the university.So if you are wants to join in this university through JEE mains then you should score high  marks in the JEE mains exam.

Jadavpur university is one of the best universities, in West Bengal. The placements are very good and the fees is quite low.

Jadavpur University will continue to offer admission to candidate based on JEE Main scores in 2018 only for the 15% seats offered/reserved for JEE Main candidates. I don't think, they are accepting JEE main scores now. Apart from this, you may appear for WBJEE.
