None of the NITs or IITs or IIITs offer mechatronics at the undergraduate level - not for the 4 year course and also not in the integrated or dual degree courses. Actually Manipal offers mechatronics, SRM also offers it. So you could consider private or deemed universities if you are very keen on doing mechatronics at the undergraduate level.
