The National Institute of Open Schooling is an autonomous institution under Ministry of Human Resourse Development , Govt of India. Their certificates are accepted by higher education institutions and for government jobs and all other purposes. Their ceritifcates are accepted by all National and State boards and universities. Even as this is the case, some universities may have specific eligibility criterias.
