               Yes, SRM University offers B. TECH degree in Mechatronics Engineering. The department is only in the Main campus (Kuttakulathur).
If you want to get admission in Mechatronics Engineering in SRM, it's not difficult. If you even get 50k+ rank in SRMJEEE, you can get the admission easily. If you're really passionate about the stream, you can go for it.

• Fees Structure : 1,010,000

• Placements : Placements are also decent as per you stream you want. Average packages will be like 3-4lkhs/annum. Also, you perform well throughout your college, then you can bag handsome packages upto 6lkh /annum. Now it's depends on you how you perform.
