No exam is hard or tough, its the preparation of the candidate that makes its tough.If you are prepared enough then you won't face any difficulty. The difficulty level of JEE mains is – Easy to Moderate . But the difficulty of JEE Advance is rather more that JEE Mains. But in comparative to JEE Advance , JEE Mains are rather less difficult to answer.

It depends on your preparation. Indeed JEE is one of the toughest exam in india and rightly so because lakhs of candidates appear for the exam for only few succeed. But candidates who have worked hard, strengthened their concepts, who have practiced lot of questions can score well in the exam. The difficulty level of questions are evenly distributed. Some questions are very tough and requires strong concept and understanding to solve. Some questions are easy and some are medium.
Just complete your syllabus and be dedicated and consistent to the preparation and you can ace this exam with flying colours
