Goa university has a placement department called the Directorate of Student Placement and Alumni Relations (DSPAR). The placement department assists in the placement of final-year students. Every year, the Goa University placement cell conducts various activities to train the students. The activities conducted by the placement department are seminars, guidance workshops, soft-skills development training, group discussions, mock interviews, industrial visits and placement fairs.
