Both the universities have their own advantages and disadvantages. So you can choose the college as per your criteria it may be the fees structure or the distance and travelling time etc. What matters is how you utilise the faculty and offers provided by the colleges.

If you consider placements easily without any hustle then you can consider Bba mba integrated course. But if are really interested in Media courses as depicted from the previous question then you can also opt for Communication field.
