2) IIPE, Vishakhapattanam.- This is the best college of India for chemical engineering. There are total 50 seats for chemical engineering and you have to score well in JEE advanced  to get admission in this institution. The total fees for this institution is 6.43 lacks for general and OBC category and 43.20k for SC and ST candidates.
