Hi Vikas,

I think there will be an issue. Since, during the form submission you have to go to the respective college and provide all the documents required which is Adhaar Card, 12th and 10th marksheet, passing certificate and etc. If they see any difference they'll point it out and it might be a trouble for you.

I'd suggest you to correct it as soon as possible. I hope this helps you, good luck!
