DU SOL (UG) Admission Schedule
Generally, the admission starts in the month of August . Mode of application is ONLINE.
Admission process dates for session 2019 has not been yet announced but from the previous year’s schedule, you can get an idea of how the schedule is going to be.
The admission to UG courses in 2018 started on August 11, 2018. Initially, it was said that the last date for receiving the application without late fees will be August 31. But after seeing the interests of students, the last date for submission of Application forms was extended up to 20 October 2018.
Registration Fees-
For Unreserved and OBC category students, registration fees are Rs. 500/-
For SC/ST/PWD category students, the fee is Rs. 250/-
NOTE- In September 2018, the late fee of Rs 100/- was charged along with application fee. And those candidates who applied in the month of October 2018 were charged with the late fee of Rs. 200/- along with application fee. Therefore, it will be better that you fill the form on time.
DU SOL (UG) admission 2018: Eligibility criteria
• The aspirants should have passed class 12 of CBSE/ ISCE or an examination recognized equivalent
Or
• Pre-university examination of an Indian University recognized by the Delhi University
Or
• Intermediate examination of an Indian university/ board or an examination recognized as equivalent
Percentage Required
1. B.A (Hons) English: The applicant should have got 65 percent marks and above in the aggregate, in any one of the qualifying examinations with at least 75 percent marks in English Core or 65 percent marks in English Elective/ Functional English.
2. B.A (Hons) Political Science: The applicant should have got 50 percent marks and above in the aggregate, in any one of the qualifying examinations, with one language plus three academic subjects.
3. B.A programme: The applicant should have got 40 percent marks and above in the aggregate, in any one of the qualifying examinations
4. B.Com: The applicant should have got 40 percent marks and above in the aggregate, in any one of the qualifying examinations.
5.B.Com (Hons): The applicant should have got 55 percent marks and above in the aggregate, in any one of the qualifying examinations with at least 60 percent marks and above in vocational stream in qualifying examination.

1. BA Program (Bachelor of Arts) - Rs. 3430/-
2. BA (Hons.) in English - Rs. 3530
3. BA (Hons.) in Political Science - Rs. 3830/-
4. B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) - Rs. 3530/-
5. B.Com (Hons.) - Rs. 3630/-
NOTE: - 1. This is the fee structure for students who are residing in India. If you are a foreign national, then the fee structure is different. Also, for students belonging to PWD category, the fee structure is different.
2. There are additional amounts that are to be paid for some particular subjects and other charges such as University enrolment charge, library charge etc.
