I don't think so there will be some sort of problem while admissions as this is just a mere procedure of registration with du. The documents are verified again in the respective colleges of du and there they go through the current documents you have with you. Even if you find some problem over there, you may concern the teacher of that particular college regarding your problem and they may sort it out.

If not, you can mail your issue to du specifying the changes and your problem. They will help you out.
