Yes you are eligible for Aiims MDS exam.

The Aiims eligibility criteria says that you should have 55% aggregate marks in your BDS if you belong to Gen /Obc, and 50% if you are SC/ST.

Yes you are eligible for the exam. 

Coz entrance exams take ur 10+2 results into consideration and whether u have cleared it or not.

Ur BDS exams wont affect ur eligibility for thses entrances provided you meet the age criteria.
