I would like to tell you that the State counselling is a kind of autonomous round in which the details are to be refilled but in the aiq round the counselling form just requires your basic information like your name, your father's name, your mother's name but at the time of the state counselling you are required to renter your details like the your category and etc ,so there will be an option of entering your State rank,your air also so go as asked in the form .

But still your state rank and AIR both will be considered in your counselling registration form for state quota counselling but if you go for AIQ counselling through DGHS then your AIQ rank will taken into consideration.
