No doubt CSE is more far better than ECE and also good placement scenario in Kalyani Government Engimeering College .As you are little confused then if you are interested in coding and little knowledge about computer program and application then go for CSE branch as it have good package for off campus placement also which is little less in ECE .

Many companies visit college every and offers good package so at last all depends on your choice.
