Admission in Life sciences is based on merit basis in most of the universities.

Some universities conduct their own entrance for admission in this course. Some of the most popular Life sciences entrances are:

ICAR AIEEA -for students who want admission in agriculture or agriculture related Sciences in central agriculture universities.

JEE Advanced - for admission in IIT

CSIR UGC NET- for admission in Ph.D


General eligibility criteria for admission in BSc Life sciences is : Candidate must have completed their class 12th with Physics, chemistry and Biology from any recognised board.

Maths is not compulsory for admission in this course in most of universities.
