Based on previous years' trends, we can assume the correlation to be somewhat of the following kind -

1. For marks 140 and above -  Ranking is to be less than 100

2. For marks 130 and above -  Ranking is to be around 300

3. For marks less than 130 - Ranks can be as follows: 120 (680 rank), 110 (1230 rank), 100 (2050 rank), 90 (3270 rank) and 80(6400) rank.
