Hello Saurav, 

Sorry to say but , Considering the previous year's Cutoff marks , you can't get a seat with 377 marks under general quota , you have to score more than 450 to get MBBS seat, If you are specific about only MBBS and if you get your marks as you expected ,then I suggest you to prepare well and write exam once again, and if you can afford then you can go with management quota, it may cost you around 10 to 15 lakhs per annum based on college you select.
