As you would know there is division of obc category in Bihar into bc and ebc. I am providing u with the cut off of both the divisions for you reference.

According to the neet 2018 cut off the cut off marks for bc category was 522 and for ebc category was 493.Hence if you belong to ebc economically backward class you have a Chance of getting a government college this year but if you belong to bc backward class you won't be able to get a seat in government college according to the previous year's cut off.
