I am sorry to tell you but with your marks, you will not get a seat in Government Medical College.
For example, last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota in Bihar for obc category was 519 marks and it was for Government Medical College, Bettiah.
so unluckily, you can not get a seat.
