The cut off for admission in Grant Medical Colleges & Sir J.J.Hospital, Mumbai under the All India quota for the general category was a rank of 1122 and  a score of 607 marks in the previous year 2018. This year the cut off might be a little higher as the paper was easier. But you still seem to have a fair chance of admission here if you score around 614 marks.
