I am getting 642 marks in neet 2019, i am from rajasthan(general category ).Can i get grant medical college (bombay)through all india quota

for the last year, NEET cut off for Grant medical college was about 605. As you have a pretty decent score, I believe you may get an admission in the college through AIQ.
You can even try for Seth G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, which had a cut off of 634 last time.
