Brother, regarding fee payment it is neither annualy not wholy at one time

It is done on semister basis. That means you have to pay your entire fees in 8 parts (or 8 semisters)

So, with this you can expect to have a fees around 69k every sem at MNNIT

Even hostel and mess fees is paid semester wise.
