I too have studied through uptu/aktu university and its certainly available, the fee wavier seats. You just need to submit all the documents on time and u will surely get one. Remember there are limited seats for that fee wavier so you need to raise your concern and ask your academic admission counselor about the same once you have been allotted the seat.
