As per your issue it is very uncertain to occur . Many people face just the opposite of what you mentioned that is amount is deducted but application is not submitted. Have you checked with your bank as often these process take time. Incase the amount is shown to be deducted then it is ok but if not then I would suggest you to fill it once more or else later on it could get cancelled.
