So, here's the answer to your question. If you are unable to show your ews certificate to them, then yes they can cancel your candidature because it is written in the prospectus that if any discrepancy is found your candidature can be cancelled.
If you have any genuine problem for not presenting the ews certificate you can mail them or contact them . You can find their official email id and contact number in help centre.
