Since you didn't mention your category I have considered that you belong to UR category .So at 500 marks you have very low chances of getting a seat in a government college for MBBS .Though you would surely get a seat in BDS or the private medical colleges .

Dear Teja, AP MBBS seats are categorised into AU, SVU and OU. Now the cut offs for each area for each Category in 2018  have been as follows:

                     General Category            BC                SC             ST

AU:                            533                        484           427             378
SVU:                          517                        473           403             395
OU:                            526                        458           418             421


Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now with 500 marks, your chances  belong to the area you are a locale of. As per this year's first round counselling of NEET under 15% All India Seats, you are unable to make it anywhere in any of the Government Medical Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Even the minimum closing marks were 539 at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole and Government Medical College, Anantapur.

  

You can try for Government Dental College (516 marks), Vijayawada and Rajiv Institute of Dental Sciences, Kadapa (513 marks).
