Hello Aspirant ,

Other state candidates will be eligible only for the private college in the non-domicile state,you won't be offered government seats. Since you will be treated as a non-domicile student , except for domicile and residence certificates you have to carry the rest like the NEET admit card, NEET hall ticket,NEET rank card/score card, 10th and 12th certificates, Transfer certificate form school, date of birth , aadhar card for ID ,passport size photos, caste certificate,community certificate , income certificate if applicable and  counselling payment receipt . Now in case  you had lived earlier in TS for 5 years and above, then the necessary documents proving that should be carried along .Apart from this you may have to submit any other certificates that the authority asks you to during the counselling period.
