As per the information available in KCET 2022 Information Brochure the marks scored in qualifying examination that is 10+2 or its equivalent and CET score in Biology, Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry will be considered in equal proportions to determine the rank for admission to Farm Science courses such as B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, B.Sc. (Hons) Sericulture, B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture, B.Sc (Hons) Forestry, B.Tech (Bio-Technology) B.Sc.(Hons) Community Science, B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering), B.Tech (Food Technology), B.Tech (D. Tech), B.F.Sc (Fisheries), B.Sc. (Hons) Agri. Business Management

So yes, Marks scored in Mathematics including Biology, Physics and Chemistry will be given weightage to determine the rank.
