NCERT class 11 and class 12 books are very helpful for the preparation of the AIIMS exam.

AIIMS MBBS 2020 exam will consist of a total of 60 questions from Organic, Inorganic and Physical Chemistry. You can cover the series and bond diagrams from the NCERT books in case of Inorganic chemistry. Important books which you can refer are-

Concise Inorganic Chemistry- J.D. Lee
Textbook for Organic Chemistry- Arihant Prakashan
Dinesh Chemistry- P.N. Kapil

Hey Amit! The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) provided NCERT book of chemistry is sufficient to crack any entrance examination. Candidate need to study properly and clear all his doubts.
