Hello,
To claim domicile for Maharashtra state, you must belong to that state or stayed over 10 years. If your parents belong to the state or serving to the nation.
If you don't satisfy any one of the above then you can't claim for home state quota.
To make it simple , you or your parents must be a resident of the state or serving to nation staying in the state.
If you are not satisfying then you have to go for open category and if your rank comes in the range then you can get an admission.
Hope it helps you!
