If you want to gain Delhi 85% quota then your +2 should be from Delhi school only , not in NCR but a school which completely lies in Delhi. And your residential adress shoudl be of delhi. Your adhar card should have the same delhi address where you are living as it is asked as proof. 

As your school Lies in Noida therefore you are outside delhi.
