You can carry any ID proof for KCET, and needn't be neccessaily Adhaar card.

You need to carry any photo id card for the exam it can be of any kind it's not compulsory to carry Aadhar card.

It is not compulsory to carry a Aadhaar card you can take any other ID card with you like Passport/PAN Card/College Identity Card/12th Standard Admission Ticket/Bus Pass.

Answering your question, you are required to take any valid identity card (Passport/Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/College Identity Card/12th Standard Admission Ticket/Bus Pass). You can take your Aadhaar card and there is no such foundation on the date of issuance of your Aadhaar card.
