If you are under OSGE and domicile certificate for you is not given under the format 3 or 11 , then for UPSEE counselling, I would suggest that you call the UPSEE admission administration to get the information regarding the format of domicile certificate they want . And I would suggest you do it as soon as possible to make your admission process as smooth as possible.
